PETER N. C. COOKE is the KPMG Professor of Automotive Management and Head of Center at the University of Buckingham Business School in the United Kingdom. He is also an award-winning writer in the professional and technical press in the UK, Europe, and wider afield and appears regularly on both radio and television.
