MyHealth: An Outcomes Approachgives you the tools you need to succeed. Student learning outcomes provide concrete learning goals, and the modular organization ensures that you spend your study time efficiently while receiving constant feedback. This book will make the Personal Health course more rewarding for you. The organization of the book into modules gives you a structure for learning and studying that you can customize to fit your particular time constraints. Learning outcomes and "Check Yourself" review questions tied to these outcomes are part of each module, so you can learn the information and then test your understanding right away, giving you immediate feedback on your progress.
