Summary

Once upon a fantasy world there lived a sky creature inspired by the world of Asian beauty and magic, called a Lunecat. My Pet Lunecat describes the appearance and loving personality of these creatures and it also gives the reader a view into the beautiful and enchanting world of the Orient. My Pet Lunecat is an adorable book that will bring delight and joy to little ones and will allow adults to feel like children again, by journeying into the vivid world of a Lunecat and reading the endearing descriptions of this large, furry and very cute animal's playful and mischievous life. It's a fun and happy book with gorgeous hand painted water color images and playful words.A pawprint from My Pet Lunecat:Lunecats can run across water as their large furry size keeps them afloat since their bodies are made of air and when they run across lakes and rivers, their paws only make ripples in the otherwise clear bodies of water, chasing annoyed cranes and other flying creatures into the air. To only stand on the water, rest and watch big bulging eyed koi in their vibrant oranges, whites and yellows to stare at them in a contest of who can watch the other the longest without blinking. Usually the bug eyed koi will win To The defeat of the Lunecat causing it to meow To The sky and then run across the water finding some other water creature as a toy to amuse itself with. They will grin showing big wide mouths filled with teeth, though not dangerous as they would never hurt another living creature as they're mystical beings of light and purity. They live in peace with all nature And The sky is their home, often finding new adventures on earth and in the heavens as they slide playfully down moonbeams and watch the earth from their drifting snow white clouds.

Excerpts

Lunecats are a species of magical creatures that are the pets of the moon and keepers of the universe, cleaning up the sky of old stars and also coaxing the night to day as they step along with the movements of the moon across the sky and will wake the sun to sunrise with their loud meowing.Their whiskers are so long that stars like to jump off them when the lunecat is sleeping and not hungry, stars will bounce on Lunecats whiskers to bounce right To The ground causing little holes or craters in the earths crust. As pieces of rocks of heaven hitting the earth. Or stars will just playfully swing from their whiskers to bounce off them and jump into the large flowing river of the milky way. Lunecats will drink heavily of the milky way to quench their large appetites, batting their paws against passing floating stars that swim and float down its astro river. They will dip their paws into the milky way purring loudly, causing snow covered mountain to tremble and lose their snow caps. Lunecats will lick their paws of the milk with big smiles, As they languish lazily laying backwards on their floating clouds and swing their fuzzy tails back and forth.Lunecats can run across water as their large furry size keeps them afloat since their bodies are made of air and when they run across lakes and rivers, their paws only make ripples in the otherwise clear bodies of water, chasing annoyed cranes and other flying creatures into the air. To only stand on the water, rest and watch big bulging eyed koi in their vibrant oranges, whites and yellows to stare at them in a contest of who can watch the other the longest without blinking.
