Wonderful Content April 2, 2011
In this textbook all the content has had considerable and valuable updates, incorporating the most recent research (up to 2010). The content is also organized better and it's easier to find specific tests you're looking for. The first text had separate sections for reliability and validity, which sometimes made learning about a specific test cumbersome. This edition has this info. Grouped together and it's much easier to learn everything you need to know about a specific test quickly.
