by

This book is an excellent resource for coming up with interventions and supporting evidence when doing care plans. It's also a good reference for case study homework and research papers. It helped me develop a care plan more quickly, providing possible outcomes and rationals for each diagnoses and intervention. I recommend this book to everyone.
