I purchased this textbook for my nursing nutrition course, and it is by far my best textbook. It is so easy to read and understand, and it provides tons of information that are not only relevant to persons in healthcare, but to lay persons as well. I can literally read this textbook like a novel, the textbook was delivered to me in a very good condition and before the time I expected, thanks ecampus..
