After purchasing and reading this textbook, and studying the various applications used in the study of operations management; it has facilitated my understanding of the subject beyond my horizon. This textbook uses a systemized approach while focusing on issues of current interest. I highly recommend this textbook for students as well as those who value the importance in the operations management.
