"Organizational and Behavior Management is a nice addition to your psychology courses. If you're interested in how meaningful changes can be implemented amongst your workplace or college level study groups, this book will assist you in analyzing behaviors and creating processes from which to strengthen those colleague bonds. It goes into great detail, giving many examples, to ensure you understand the principles behind effectively using psychology in the workplace and can be instrumental in understanding how behavior affects work flow and production. I felt this book was very clearly written. It does appear to be a little expensive, but it is well worth the purchase."
