Cathy Lines, PhD, is the former Mental Health Coordinator for the Cherry Creek School District in Greenwood Village, CO. She currently serves as a consultant for the Colorado Department of Education and as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Denver. Gloria E. Miller, PhD, is Professor and Director of the Child, Family, and School Psychology Program at the University of Denver. Amanda Arthur-Stanley, PhD, is a School Psychologist in the Cherry Creek School District in Greenwood Village, CO.
