This textbook was so cheap. I rented it from this site and saved a ton of money. Who knows if I'll actually use it for the class but I saved almost 150 dollars compared to my bookstore at school

As a business major, I knew nothing about real estate finance. After reading this textbooks and taking the class, I feel almost an expert in real estate investments. Real estate investments, if done correctly, give off revenue for the lifetime of the investment. Someday I'll grow to be a rich king
