Author Biography

David Ellwand, creator of Fairie-ality and co-creator with Ruth Ellwand of The Mystery of the Fool and the Vanisher, has been a photographer for more than thirty years and is the author-illustrator of more than twenty books for children. A keen collector of vintage and secondhand photographic equipment, he continues to work with traditional darkroom methods as well as the latest digital technology. He lives in England.
