As children's pastors and teachers, it's vital that we hold fast to the purpose of our work: training children's hearts. Larry Fowler, executive director of global training for Awana, reminds us that serving kids is not about activity but about spiritual training that will impact lives for eternity. The only solid foundation of any ministry is the Word of God. Fowler brings out 9 principles to help leaders build their children's work squarely on the gospel. Among them are clarifying the vision, choosing truth-centered curriculum and implementing multi-generational ministry goals. Rock-Solid Children's Ministrywill help you grow a thriving ministry to the children in your church.
