Author Biography

Major General Perry M. Smith, USAF Retired, is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and earned his PhD in International Relations from Columbia University. During his thirty years in the United States Air Force, General Smith held numerous leadership positions: he was in command of the F-15 fighter wing in Germany, served as the Air Force's top planner, and was the Commandant, National War College. General Smith is an internationally known speaker, TV commentator, best-selling author, and the president of Visionary Leadership of Augusta, Georgia
