Author Biography

Captain Laney T. Rinehart has been diving since he was twelve years old and has made his living on the high seas for over forty years. He is a NAUI, PADI and YMCA certified instructor. When he is not running his dive boat on the Gulf of Mexico, he makes port in Panama City, Florida.
