Author Biography

Matthew McKay, Ph.D., is clinical director of Haight Ashbury Psychological Services and in private practice in San Francisco. Dr. McKay is co-author of thirteen popular books including The Self-Esteem Companion, The Daily Relaxer, The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook, When Anger Hurts, and Couple Skills. Patrick Fanning is a professional writer in the mental health field.
