I feel like this is a good read for people sixteen and older. I choose sixteen because there are few mature subject instances in the book. And also because of the language and words used throughout the book. Its a very short book, only around 90 pages. Alot goes on in this book involving the main character and her best friend, so its very interesting. Its a very simple, easy to read book; not to complex were though it gets confusing and difficult to comprehend. To be honest I was only a little confused in the beginning because o I didnt know what was going on, but thats just my experience, youll have to keep reading, of course to start to get an understanding of what was happening in the beginning; at least thats how it went for me. The only things I didnt get was the foreign terms scattered throughout the book, but thats because I was lazy and didnt feel like defining them, but even then as you continue to read you could probably guess what so of the words mean. You definitely get a strong since of the culture that is used in this book, based on what happens to the main character and cultural references.
