Summary

With the right training, anyone can lead. With the right tools, anyone can motivate and inspire their workforce. In this book, author David Rye presents the tools managers need to identify and understand the four types of employees: Power Players; Team Players; Diplomatic Players; and Party Players. Using a personality typing system based on the classic Myers-Briggs classifications, managers learn how to motivate and inspire their employees.
