He consults widely on leadership and strategic planning with public, nonprofit, and for-profit organizations in the United States and abroad. His most recent book (with Fran Ackermann, Colin Eden, and Charles Finn) is <i>Visible Thinking: Unlocking Causal Mapping for Practical Business Results.</i>
