Author Biography

Charles B. Dygert, Ph.D. began his career as a Tool & Die Maker for General Motors. He earned his B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University and served on its faculty for 19 years. As a consultant and speaker, he has made presentations to over 2,500 businesses and organizations. Co-author of the acclaimed book, "Culture of Success," Dr. Dygert is currently. serving as an Adjunct Faculty member for Franklin University's School of Business M.B.A. program
