Jeffrey Brand-Ballard is Associate Professor of Philosophy and Affiliated Faculty in the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration at George Washington University, Washington DC. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar and has published papers in journals such as Ethics, Legal Theory, and Utilitas.
