Vicky G. Spencer, Ph.D., currently is an assistant professor and the Assistant Director of Operations at the Kellar Institute for Human disAbilities at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. She has served in the field of special education for more than 20 years, focusing on teacher education and students with disabilities. Cynthia G. Simpson, Ph.D., is an associate professor at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. Cynthia has multiple publications and more than 16 years of experience in the field of education. She has won serveral awards and received numerous recognitions for her work with individuals with disabilities.
