Author Biography

Jon Provost played Timmy on Lassie. In addition to being a sought-after celebrity guest on TV and radio, Jon makes appearances at events throughout the year. Naturally, he s always remained involved with dogs. Closest to his heart is Canine Companions for Independence, an organization that provides extraordinary service dogs to the handicapped. He has served on its NW Board of Directors for more than 20 years.
Laurie Jacobson is a Hollywood historian. She's written and produced TVspecials, series and documentaries. She is the author of Dishing Hollywood, Hollywood Haunted & Hollywood Heartbreak; and she's Mrs. Jon Provost.
