Very cheap and helpful. This textbook is a comprehensive work that covers methodology, as well as trial strategy. The author provides examples that really drive home his points. This book should be assigned reading for every trial advocacy class. The book gives the reader instructive examples on ways of accomplishing a specific task, which, while not dispositive, are invaluable to the inexperienced. Reading this book is like listening to a wise mentor.
