Faculty Administrative Support Tool:

The latest in electronic bookstore technology is to allow administration and faculty the technological ability to self manage all or selected functions of their virtual bookstore. To provide this ability, eCampus developed our Faculty Administration Support Tool (F.A.S.T.)

F.A.S.T. was created to give partner institutions the ability to control and customize their virtual bookstore according to the needs and requirements of their institution. Customization ranges from staff and student setup to semester planning and financial aid issuance. Changes to the virtual bookstore are instantaneous.

Every aspect of F.A.S.T. was designed to make the management of the virtual bookstore as easy and convenient as possible. F.A.S.T. offers complete control for each partner, but if the institution wishes, their virtual bookstore manager can and will do all of the work.

Reports:

eCampus provides detailed reports to all partner institutions so that each will be well informed of all activity on their virtual bookstore. Below are some examples of a few of our most viewed reports.

The open orders report will inform the school of any order that has yet to ship. The sales report can be run by the virtual bookstore manager for any dates throughout the institution's history and includes details on all items purchased through the virtual bookstore site. A commission statement is generated monthly or quarterly by our accounting department and is sent to the school along with their commission check.

Any additional information institutions would like to include on a report is possible through their virtual bookstore manager.

Marketing:

eCampus' Virtual Bookstore Mangers will work hand-in-hand with partner institutions to create transition and marketing tools for their virtual bookstore. eCampus will create letters, HTML emails, flyers and posters for its partners to disperse among students to promote their virtual bookstore. eCampus will also research other possible ways to reach students through various marketing efforts. Each institution will have final approval of all marketing material created.

Bookstore Liquidation:

eCampus will buy an institution's inventory if the decision is made to partner exclusively with eCampus. eCampus may provide specific pricing information upon request.
