Author Biography

Nicholas Faith is an acclaimed wine and spirits writer. His first book, The Winemasters (Harper & Row), won him the Andre Simon Award, and he won further awards for his book on Cognac (Mitchell Beazley). In addition to his writing about the drinks market, he has written extensively about business, economics (he was assistant editor of Economist magazine), and modern railways.
 
Ian Wisniewski specializes in writing about the world of drinks, in particular spirits, food, and travel. He was wine and food editor at House and Garden magazine. He has more than a dozen books to his name, including two titles in Prion's Classic Spirits series, Classic Tequila and Classic Malt Whisky.
