Author Biography

Thomas Fahey, Ed.D. is a professor of physical education and exercise science at Californinia State University at Chico, where he is also the assistant track and field coach. He is the current masters world discus champion, a two-time silver medal winner in World Championships, a six-time U.S. National champion, and a former competitive power lifter. He is the author of 17 books on fitness, weight training, exercise physiology, and personal training and is a contributing editor of Muscular Development magazine.
