Author Biography

HILARY MANTEL is the author of thirteen books. Her two most recent novels, Wolf Hall and its sequel Bring Up the Bodies, have both been awarded the Man Booker Prize.

MIKE POULTON is an English translator and adapter of classic plays for contemporary audiences. He has written many sucsessful translations and adaptations, including Ibsen’s Rosmersholm, Schiller’s Don Carlos, Luise Miller, and Wallenstein, Chaucer’s The Cantebury Tales, and Malory’s Morte D’Arthur, among others.
