Author Biography

Stephen Prosser is professor of leadership and organization development at the University of Glamorgan in the UK. He is an expert in the fields of leadership, change management, and the development of people. His previous book for Paulist Press was To Be a Servant-Leader. He serves as a board member of the Greenleaf Centre for Servant-Leadership in the UK.
