Author Biography

Pamela K. Isom is an Executive Architect at IBM Global Business Services and Chief Architect of Complex Cloud Integration and Interactive Solutions in IBM's Application Innovation Services (AIS) organization. A member of the IBM Academy of Technology, she leads smarter computing initiatives that include cloud computing in highly regulated environments and serious games. Isom is a thought leader of complex cloud adoption and integration, where she works extensively with clients to resolve related problems and create initiatives that contribute to a greener, cleaner environment. Isom has filed several patents with some issuance. Isom is an active member of IEEE, Cloud Standards Customer Council (CSCC), TM Forum, National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), The Society of Women Engineers (SWE), and The Open Group. Kerrie Holley, IBM Fellow, is the Global CTO for Application Innovation Services in IBM's Global Business Services (GBS). His responsibilities include oversight, strategy development, consulting, and software architecture for a portfolio of projects around the world. He is also CTO for IBM's SOA and Business Process and Service Optimization Center of Excellence. His expertise centers around software engineering, software architecture, cloud computing, application development, business architecture, SOA, and cutting-edge network-distributed solutions. Holley is an author, IBM Master Inventor, and holds several patents.
