Herbert B. Asher is professor emeritus of political science at Ohio State University and serves as counselor to the university president. Eric S. Heberlig is assistant professor of political science at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte. Randall B. Ripley is dean of the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and professor of political science at the Ohio State University. Karen Snyder is president of The Strategy Team, Ltd., a public opinion research firm.
