Patrick Kinane (CCIE Collaboration No. 58284), senior engineer and escalation point for worldwide CUCM teams within Cisco TAC, is subject matter expert for multiple Cisco Collaboration products. A frequent Cisco Live speaker, he has created several video trainings, whitepapers, and lab guides, and works with Learning@Cisco to develop Cisco certification content. 

Paul Giralt (CCIE No. 4793) Collaboration, Voice, R&S) is a Distinguished Services Engineer at Cisco.
