Author Biography

Daisy Hernandez has written a column for Ms. magazine and contributed to Sex and Single Girls. She is working on a book about bilingualism and her Cuban-Colombian family and is a member of Will (Women in Literature and Letters), a women of color-centered collective. She lives in Fairview, New Jersey. Bushra Rehman is a Pakistani from Queens, NY, a feminist, activist, performer, and writer. She has written a collection of poetry, Marianna's Beauty Salon, and is working on a novel. She lives in New Rochelle, New York.
