Author Biography

Ed Stetzer has planted, revitalized, and pastored churches, trained pastors and church planters on six continents, holds two master's degrees and two doctorates, and has written dozens of articles and books. Ed is a contributing editor for Christianity Today, a columnist for Outreach Magazine and Catalyst Monthly, serves on the advisory council of Sermon Central and Christianity Today's Building Church Leaders, and is frequently cited or interviewed in news outlets such as USA Today and CNN. Ed has taught at more than a dozen colleges and seminaries. His primary role is president of Life Way Research. He is executive editor of The Mission of God Study Bible. He recently planted Grace Church and serves as its lead pastor. Philip Nation: Philip Nation is Life Way Research director of ministry development, and a frequent speaker in churches and conferences. He serves as the equipping/teaching pastor for The Fellowship at Two Rivers in Nashville, Tennessee. He holds a master of divinity from Beeson Divinity School and doctor of-ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Philip also serves as the general editor of The Mission of God Study Bible. Philip and his wife, Angle, make their home in Tennessee, with their two sons, Andrew and Chris.
