Author Biography

Based in the Kansas City area, Diana Lambdin Meyer is an award-winning travel journalist who has made a career of finding the fun, the quirky and the hidden treasures in any place she visits around the world.  Fortunately, Kansas and Missouri are filled with such places and people, many of whom she met through her long-time friendship with the late Shifra Stein, the original author of Day Trips from Kansas City. Diana is also the author of Nebraska Off The Beaten Path and Myths and Mysteries of Kansas (both Globe Pequot).
