Summary

Bedtime has never been more fun in this charming picture book inspired by Disney and Pixar's Inside Out 2!

After a long and fun day, Riley Andersen falls asleep for the night. But she isn’t the only one who needs her rest—her Emotions do, too! While Disgust is on night duty at the console, Joy, Sadness, Anger, and Fear finish their bedtime routines. Riley's new Emotions Embarrassment, Envy, and Ennui are already feeling sleepy. Each one drops off into a deep slumber until all is peaceful in Headquarters.

But there’s one Emotion who’s still wide awake: Anxiety! Anxiety paces, worries, and just can’t seem to quiet her thoughts. Soon her restlessness wakes up everyone in Headquarters. Can the Emotions help their anxious friend get a good night’s sleep?

Author Biography

Luna Chi loves to write for kids. She grew up marveling at Pixar films, and when she watched an inspiring documentary on how this animation studio came to be, she bought a one-way ticket across the country to pursue her own storytelling dreams. Luna now lives in Brooklyn, New York, in a tiny brownstone apartment across from a beautifully green park, working as a children's book author and editor.

Gurihiru is the artistic duo of Chifuyu Sasaki, a penciler and inker, and Naoko Kawano, a colorist. They work on a variety of projects, such as American comic books, character designs for games and animation, and book illustrations. They currently reside in Saitama, Japan.
