Kim is an adjunct professor of political science and a senior research associate at the East Asian Institute, Columbia University Lowell Dittmer is a professor of political science at the University of California at Berkeley Barry K. Gills teaches in and directs the postgraduate programs in international political economy and transnational development at the Department of Politics, University of Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom Dong-Sook S.
