Her work has appeared in international style publications: Alla Carta magazine, Cherry Bombe, and M Le Magazine du Monde. She writes a popular blog about her life and work called thefrancofly.com. Her latest book is an illustrated American pastry cookbook Pâtisseries et gâteaux d’Amérique.
