Author Biography

MATTHEW CLEMENTS and JIM BISS founded Clements Biss Economic Publications in 2003. They edit the Monetary Policy Review for Euromoney.

MATTHEW CLEMENTS has previously worked as an economist and analyst at Prebon Yemane where he provided market commentaries and forecasts for various publications and media outlets including ITN, Reuters, Down Jones and Bloomberg.

JIM BISS has previously worked as Tresury Manager for Smiths Group PLC. He received a BA in geography from Lampeter University and an MPhil in Polar Studies from Queen's College Cambridge.
