He has published thirteen books and numerous articles on the human deminsion of educatinal leadership including Human Resources Administration in Education:  A Management Approach (Allyn & Bacon, 2007) and The Ethics of Educational Leadership (Prentice Hall, 2000), both leading books in their field.
