Author Biography

Katie Pix comes from a family of foodies. The daughter of two chefs, Katie dove headfirst into a foodie career, and has had the privilege of working alongside some of her food heroes, from Jamie Oliver to Gennaro Contaldo. Their cooking shaped her, above all else, in one very specific way: Katie got greedy. VERY greedy. She loves cooking, but nowhere near as much as she loves eating. For her, good food is one of life's greatest joys, and her mission is to give people the knowledge to be able to cook anything they want whenever they want. Katie has appeared on TV in both the US and UK. In 2018 she debuted her first ever pilot show called Naughty & Delicious on Food Network. She has also appeared several times on Best Think I Ever Ate, did a Live segment on The Kitchen (both also on Food Network) and was a guest judge on ITVX's Bad Chefs. She works closely with many leading brands, working particularly closely with Waitrose and Partners. This is her first book.
