Best book I ever found. June 9, 2011
It is an excellent self-help textbook written in a style that is easily understood by the layperson; you do not need a course in psychology to understand its meaning. It can help anybody - depressed or not - recognize faulty thinking. People who are mildly depressed will benefit greatly from it. This textbook will help you to discover what you truly believe about yourself and how life works. A hugely helpful and cheap textbook - I recommend this textbook to anyone who is struggling.
