Author Biography

Vincent Virga has been called, "America's foremost picture editor." He is the coauthor of Eyes of the Nation and the author of Cartographia: Mapping Civilizations, produced in cooperation with the Library of Congress.
A Pennsylvanian now residing in Vero Beach, Florida, a lover of books and history, E. Lynne Wright was a nurse anesthetist, wife, and mother of three before embarking on a writing career. Since then, her short stories, non-fiction articles, essays, and book reviews have appeared in the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Hartford Courant, Mature Lifestyles, Woman's Day, and numerous anthologies and literary magazines. Exploring Florida by land and boat has inspired a love for the state's natural beauty, its people, and its history.
