These irresistible dishes all showcase the classic principles of brasserie cooking--regional recipes, local ingredients, and homey, comforting flavors. Try his aromatic Roast Leg of Lamb with Garlic & Lavender or wonderful Wild Mushroom & Herb Risotto, followed by a mouthwatering Raspberry Clafoutis. Bon appetit!
