Just as Suzuno reunites with Karm and Kasal, the brothers she met on her first trip into The Universe of the Four Gods, Ning-Lan unleashes a brutal attack that leaves Kasal mortally wounded. In the aftermath, Karm must come to terms with stepping into his newly awakened powers as a Celestial Warrior.
