Author Biography

Esteban R. Brenes is the Steve J. Aronson Full Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and was Dean of INCAL Business School, Costa Rica. He has been a veiling professor at the University of Michigan and has taught in executive programs at Duke University, USA. Jerry Haar is Associate Dean, Director of the Pino Entrepreneurship Center, and Professor in the College of Business Administration at Florida International University, USA. He has held visiting appointments at Wharton, Harvard, Oxford and Stanford. He was also a research associate at Columbia University and a Fulbright scholar in Brazil.
