Summary

The Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling are ready to take on the world--or at least LA--in this graphic novel based off the hit Netflix series!

When the unthinkable happens and the women of GLOW find themselves ahead of schedule, Sam ruins the promise of a wrestling-free weekend with... more wrestling! Robbed of blissful relaxation and forced to raise money to fund their way to the event, the GLOW team is less-than-prepared for their opponents: real gorgeous lady wrestlers. What could possibly go wrong?! Zoya the Destroya, Liberty Belle, and the rest of your favorite Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling take to the pages for new fights, new tights, and new drama!

Written by Tini Howard (Rick and Morty, Euthanauts), with art by Hannah Templer (Cosmoknights), from executive producers and series creators Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch.

Author Biography

Tini Howard got her start in comics as a winner of the Top Cow Talent Hunt in 2013, which earned her the chance to write Magdelena: Seventh Sacrament (December 2014, Image/Top Cow). Since then she's worked on The Skeptics, Hack/Slash and Rick and Morty: Pocket Like You Stole It. She also writes about comics, primarily for TeenVogue.com and Paste magazine's website. Tini is a Slytherin.

Hannah Templer is a queer cartoonist and graphic designer currently living in Seattle. She graduated from Cornish College of the Arts in 2011 and has since worked as a colorist, cover artist and interior artist on well-known titles such as Samurai Jack, Tomb Raider, and Jem and the Holograms. She has also worked for several years at various Seattle design agencies, most recently as a UX designer at States of Matter. She enjoys life with her trusty dog Thistle and grumpy cat Noodle, and plays tabletop roleplaying games as often as she can.
