Born and raised in Barlad , Romania my passion for cooking is growing to the point where I want to prove myself I can achieve something to make everyone benefit from it . Leaving my home country 24 years ago I started exploring the taste of the food ,travelled to different parts of the world and after studying at Harvard University Science of Cooking I learned how to use ingredients and create new recipes.Never stop dreaming and believe in your potential of achievement. From UK to USA transition and now getting ready for Italy , the country of pasta and sauces I will never disappoint you my reader and my followers.
