Author Biography

She exhibits regularly at the Westminster Galleries in London and is the author of How to Draw: Flowers, Janet Whittle's Watercolour Flowers, and Painting Flowers and Plants. Penny Brown is an artist and a former theater set designer. She is the author of Aboriginal Designs and Art Nouveau Designs.
