Award-winning chef Daniel Wilson has always been a fan of cooking and chose to hone his craft in the USA, learning under chefs like Daniel Boulud in New York in his eponymous Michelin-3-star restaurant Daniel, gaining a highly respected reputation for his craft. More international experience and hard work gained Daniel The Age Good Food Guide Young Chef of the Year in Melbourne in 2003. These days he can be found banging the pots and pans in his cult burger bars, Huxtaburger.
