Author Biography

Cardinal Rigali was born in Los Angeles. There he was ordained a priest in 1961. After graduate studies in Canon Law in Rome and after serving in the first two sessions of Vatican II, Father Rigali entered the service of the Secretariat of State, while pursuing courses at the Pontifical Ecclesiastical Academy
